I have a mthfr heterozygous mutation and issues with histamine. I *believe* its an a1298c mutation because it was considered not dangerous during my pregnancies (I dont necessarily agree with that). Ive been doing research on undermethylation, mast cell activation disorder, mastocytosis, and histamine intolerance. Does anyone else have these issues? What were you finally diagnosed with? Ive reacted to exercise, hot showers, sun, ibuprofen, chocolate, gluten, pressure (ace bandage), shellfish, and Im sure more Im forgetting. Some are a constant and some are very sporadic. Does anyone else here have these same issues? I am also dealing with autoimmune thyroid disease and endometriosis. Just looking for some good information to present to a dr to hopefully FINALLY figure my issues out.
