I have a need to vent so if you get some spit on you just brush it off. If your not on my friends list this is about you and if you can read it it isnt because I am set to private. I dont understand what it is about people (some people) In this town and some are transplants like myself from different states. When you say your going to do something why you can not honor your word. I dont sell anymore on swap because people always say they are coming then dont. But I needed cash for emergency situation (not life threatening but somewhat urgent anyway) So I go post my wares. Someone asks me to come down in price I agree and they dont show. However after I agreed The name hit me as familiar and 4 times this year she has done this. So I dont know if she is testing me to see if I became any smarter this year. My answer to her is you win I am not any smarter and you are not a better human being. However starting today I will be smarter and you wont change. Second someone else went back on a agreement and hurt my family this week. Maybe I just dont get it. Where I was raised your word was you and it better be good . Anyway smarter now I am being educated leaps and bounds. This is one of the reasons I stopped my business. One was because people would special order then I would spend my money and be up sometimes until midnight and they just wouldnt show up.HURTING my family because in essence they not only stole my money but my time. THE BEST was I had someone buy cheesecakes from me and I had just started making them so word of mouth was very important. She attended a get together with a bunch of people that belonged to a group that did a lot of buying from us ;local or home businesses. She informed them my cheesecakes were bluck and bland. This same woman purchased from me several times after 4 different flavors repeatedly telling me how she would pay 10.00 in a gourmet restaurant for them they were that good. even sent me pics of crumbs because her guests devoured them.Yet I was slandered because for some reason although she kept on buying she also kept on lying. No one can win when you are trying to do for your family and provide a service and someone maliciously bad mouths. If she didnt like its one thing but to say things and still keep buying tells the story. I keep to myself, help out people when I can, but always I seem to be the brunt of an unwarranted game or attack. Maybe its jealousy or maybe there are just that many inconsiderate people. To bad, well no its not. You would either have agreed with what I said NOT realizing it was about you and would have started pointing fingers OR it would have gone over your head and your pointy hat. To my friends thanks for putting up with me. its been a BAD week.
