I have a new found respect for EMT, EMS, Paramedics, Law Enforcement, Firemen....today I sat in a huge church full of people who were gathered to pay their last respects to Teresa Davis Gurley. The crowd of family and friends were literally surrounded by the brotherhood and sisterhood of all of the above mentioned. They lined the walls and filled pews and balconies. They looked so dignified and so full of respect. I saw many tears fall...from men and women. They are people who are willing to put their lives on the line to help and protect us.. What a great job Casey Wright and Jack Chaney did. I love what jack said...what makes a Godly person is a Godly heart. And Teresa surely had one.
