I have a problem this year! Two years ago, I bought a Christmas tree, with the lights already in/on it. I decorated that sucker all up, bought a 150 kiro cart, like the package companies use for delivering heavy boxes, wrapped the tree in plastic, put it on the cart, opened the double front doors, and wheeled it down the sidewalk and around back into the garage! Last year, I was most proud of myself. Everybody was complaining about having to put up a tree. Not a problem here....just opened the garage door and wheeled my masterpiece up the driveway and into the house. Well, apparently, prelit trees use LED lights which have some sort of adapter, switch or other gizmo to turn them on! That little part seems to have fallen off two years ago, so last year, I had to look at said tree.... All gloomy in the dark! Never could turn those lights on! Well let me tell you, there is nothing more depressing than a dark Christmas tree! I thought about shining flashlights on it, sort of giving it that illumination look, but figured my arms would poop out, holding flashlights! As most close friends know, DIY, carpentry, electrician, and plumbing skills completely escaped me as skills for which I have absolutely NO talent. Does anybody know what I should buy to turn on my Christmas tree lights? What is the name of the little part? Thank very much!!! 😄
