I have a question. My partner is absolutely an empath, he can tell me how/what I am feeling before I even open my mouth (and is able to do the same for pretty much anyone he comes in contact with.) I know that this is a gift from the God and Goddess, and it is, in a way, his service to humanity (on top of his relationship with the Tarot and his accuracy with that) however, there are times where it really overwhelms him. Is there any way to dull, or dare I say, turn off his ability for a short while when he needs a rest? For example, if he were to catch the flu, im sure the last thing he wants to do is tune in to other peoples auras/emotions/feelings/wavelengths. Thanks!
