I have a question. To me when I see stuff like this it begs the question WHAT DOES AN EXERCISED CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT DONE PROPERLY IN THIS SITUATION LOOK LIKE...also....what should the average citizen expect as reasonable during a routine road stop (and not just what we think is reasonable). Theres not enough communication going on between the officers and the citizens in these situations it seems. Ive been stopped quite a bit in my life but it has always went well with Gary because Im not mouthy and VERY obedient. Ive had officers search my car or ask me to get out several times in my lifetime without much explanation as to why. Id just go with the flow since I dont plan to be mourned as Travon Martin or Mike Brown was. While I know that seems like being a bit of a pushover and relinquishing my constitutional rights, my logic has always been its better to suffer a moment of humiliation rather than die or undergo physical harm because of a misunderstanding.
