I have a question. We got our Hugo today. Hes 8 weeks old and has been using a puppy mat in the kitchen for peeing on since we got him home earlier. We have a crate and hes been in and out of it all day and thats where we want him to sleep at night. Its in the living room and the peeing mat is in the kitchen. What do I do tonight? I know they dont like soiling their living space so do I put the mat in his cage with him, or do I get up in the night to let him relieve himself? Or what? At the moment every hour Im taking him to the mat and he uses it if he needs to and there doesnt seem to be a pattern. Hes not eaten yet but has drank some. Thanks in advance.
