I have a question? Why am I ALWAYS SOOO TIRED AND SLEEPY? I do experience Insomnia, but I take a generic Benedryl to help me sleep, plus that helps my allergies. But, even on nights I get deep sleep I still wake up tired and sleepy. I am just aggrevated over this issue. I eat healthy and I have cut down on red meat, cholestoral, and fat. I try to avoid foods with that a lot for I want to lose a little weight. I know RA will make me lose weight but it has not started to do thet yet. I only had RA for about 7 months. I still have not got my medicine for RA yet, I am still waiting on lab results and chest X-rays. My Hydrocodone makes me not able to sleep, so I save that for my bad days. I am out of my steroids and I cannot take my Tramadol and my Meloxicam for I was told not to while on Hydrocodone and steriods. I am too scared of energy drinks but I do drink coffee. Coffee does not faze me. What do you all think? Please share your thoughts for I do not want to be sleepy all the time and I am researching this, but wanted to ask you all what you think.
