I have a question about icloud issue. I have a friend na may iphone 5. He has an issue with the icloud dahil nakalmutan nya ang password. We retrieve the password using iclouds email by resetting it. then may problema pa pala dahil ung email password nakalmutan narin nya. we tried to forgot his email password using secret answer pero mali2 din. then tried to forgot his email password using verification number that will be sent to his cellular phone. pero ung number na yun is wala na hndi na nagexist kasi nakaputol na line nya. We cant reset the password of his icloud kasi mali2 ung secret answer nya. parang gnawa nya ung email and icloud for the sake of having an icloud. kaya yun nakalmutan na nya kasi 5 months na when last opened. then now he is stucked in activation screen. He still have the box(same imei) and complete accessories and the unit (so obvious not stolen) he bought it in UAE. (AMNESIA PROBLEM TALAGA) if may nakaexperience man nito. Pwede ba tumawag sa apple to reset his icloud? is the box enough proof already? kasi nawala din ung receipt nya. may email ba ung apple kung saan pwede magask? thanks!
