I have a question and please dont think that Im an unconcerned mom for asking or thinking this. But when did girls start wearing field face mask when playing softball?? I can understand the face masked helmets when batting, or hind-catching, but face mask on the field when playing? I mean really? I played ball for 9 years and have never once done this. Are we really raising our girls now days to be so sensitive that they even cover their face when playing ball? Come on....softball is a tough sport. Uncover your faces, quit being scaredy cats and get dirty!!!!!! Geeeeeez
