I have a question for all my fellow therapists out there. Does it really matter what time you get to work if you work in a SNF? I prefer 11-7 or 12-8 but have been getting in trouble for it. They want us here no later than 10:30. For those of you who know me thats hard to do consistently. Sometimes my body just wont cooperate and I am not able to provide the best therapy for my pts until later in the day. Please be honest. Im really trying to be the best therapist I can be but mornings are so bad for me sometimes. Should I leave a career I love or should accommodations in my schedule be made?
