I have a question for all my intelligent friends......(or those who know a lot about electricity.... Last night during the storm we lost power, but it came back on shortly, however, all our lights will go from bright to dim then back to bright again. Our fan beside the bed runs fast, then it slows down, then fast again. Our t.v. is fine, only the lights and fans are affected. So what do we need to do? Is this a PSO call, or do we call an electrician?
