I have a question on Dandelion wine.I made a 5 gallon batch last spring I started it in a crock and after 2 weeks I strained and put in a fermentor It bubbled hard for 2 months then settled down I set and watched it one time for about 15 minutes and it was done bubbling so the wife and i bottled it.The next day while I was at work it started popping corks so I put it back in the fermentor and let set for another month bottled and let set since Aug. I opened a bottle last night and discovered I made some of the finest bubbly I ever tasted and you dont need much of it to get your buzz going. None of my other wine has done this and I am not sure why this did.What could have caused this? Feel free to ask me questions I would like to figure this out so I can do it again
