I have a question , recently I have had a cas worker here when my daughter doesnt live here but visits and they want me to join a caring dads group at the facs office and do 17 weeks , the paper they gave me says for abussive , neglectful and controlling dads , but i am neither of these things and a loving and caring father which gets visits and have a court order saying so. They came here because of the conflict the mother started 1 day when picking up my daughter , they say it is a referal and I can go if I want but the paper says they can have u charged if they feel like there is any abuse when discussing things in this goup , my question is do i voluntary sign up for this and see what it is all about or do i refuse and stay away because they want me to sign these papers and I dont have a lawyer to look at these papers .
