I have a question, so I am going to give an example and I am curious to see peoples responses...a man goes to a cellphone company and buys a cellphone with a plan that lasts for the regular two years. It turns out that this plan is going to cost 100 dollars a month. Well after a year, the cellphone provider informs everyone that they are going to go out and give everyone a phone which the people rejoice. This same time, the man notices that his bill went up from 100 dollars to 500 dollars a month. He calls his provider to find out why the sudden increase. They inform him in order to provide phones to the people that cannot afford it they need to increase their rates on the people that can...does this seem right? Would really like to hear from people and their thougghts on this.
