I have a question that I hope doesnt make me sound like Im a dullard! I have never used a lap stand. I look at them, and I can see how they would be useful if you were stitching at a table, however, I just dont see how they work on your lap. It seems to me that you would be forever holding the frame to make sure it doesnt fall off your lap. I just cant see how it sits on your lap without wobbling all over the place. Am I missing something?
