I have a question that affects not only the IIIers-but, all formal militia & just ordinary citizen militia-why are we not all working with National Liberty Alliance to get Common Law Grand Juries back & Common Law in our courtrooms? Common Law protects all of the Amendments of the Constitution & the Bill of Rights-it takes us back to a smaller federal government-gives the states their lawful rights back-does away with all the statutes & Executive Orders that are not true laws (no matter how much they try to convince us that they are. If Common Law-which was intended to be the Law of the Land was back in our courtrooms-there is no crime unless there is a victim & the state or fed gov can not be a victim. Right now the courts are practicing Admiralty Law-which is not the law of our land at all! So why are we, the people, working hard on this-it also assures that we have Constitutional Sheriffs & if they are not-they go bye-bye! Talk to me alout this please!
