I have a question to ask of everyone here. I guess its a bit of a rhetorical one so dont feel obliged to answer/comment; just read it and think is all I ask. It is not aimed at anyone in particular and does not make any reference to specific examples. Possible scenarios; Someone buys a kit or product which has a minor fault, part missing or some other issue. Someone is unsure about the meaning or intent of a particular rule Someone is unhappy or unsure about a decision that has been made by a BRCA or club official Question; Why, in any of those scenarios, do some people feel compelled to plaster it all over Facebook or in a public forum straight away, without a second thought? Why do they not take a moment to think about how best to resolve their issue or get an answer? Is it not better to contact the person who will be best placed to help directly and in private? Who does it benefit to tell the world?
