I have a reservation on LH 765 on the 4th of April 2014. I am flying from Mumbai to Prague via Munich. The first leg – Mumbai to Munich (LH 765) has been cancelled. I can’t seem to get any help from your Mumbai Lufthansa office, aside from extremely rude “we don’t have any information, get in touch with your agent”. Agent is Yatra, in my case and they have “no information from Lufthansa yet, and we are still trying to reach their Mumbai office”. I am scheduled to travel in 3 days, and I haven’t heard from Lufthansa about the cancellation yet. My PNR says the first leg has been cancelled. Please revert with alternate travel arrangements at the earliest. I have 2 other fellow passengers and it is absolutely essential that we reach Prague on the 4th of April 2014. Looking forward to your co-operation
