I have a serious but funny question for you guys. Why do you always see scrawny guys with their shirts off? They always post pics, take shirts off in public, and act like they are pro bodybuilders. They think that because they have abs, they are swole! I would have abs like that too if I weighed 100 pounds! I know it is important to be happy with your body, but these guys take it too far. I was guilty of this growing up too. You will never see me with my shirt off in public, unless I am somewhere like a pool, not even in the gym. That is why I am only tan on my arms and the rest is white as a piece of paper. lol. Just thought I would get some input from other people on why these scrawny guys do the things they do and act like they do.
