I have a simple dream really. Own a few acres of land. Build a home on it. Build a barn and have some livestock, a garden & a few crops. The food and livestock will supply greens and eggs and vegetables and fruits for my family and the excess can be donated to charity. I would have a farmers market of all of my excess and it would be available for free to my neighbors. (donations still appreciated for my family) Aside from that basic set up, on the rest of the land I would have a few horseback riding trails where organizations like the YMCA and other organizations that help children to do a equestrian camps and horseback riding… Archery and Boy Scout style education. I would also build a lecture hall that I would rent to motivational speakers and educational organizations as a lecture hall. Lastly I would build a hanger that would serve as a gym and indoor training facility and I would build a 50 yd.² deck for an outside training facility and I would teach martial arts and fitness until I die.
