I have a sister. She is my best friend. She is my everything. She is getting married in less than 3 weeks to the man shes always waited for. Ill be standing beside her, so proud of her. This moment will be one of the biggest moments in her life. It will also be one of the biggest moments in my life. Weve talked about this day for most of our lives... My workouts have never been really about looking good reasons. I feel better, walk taller, and have more confidence when I workout. Thats why I do it everyday. BUT, honestly, sometimes it feels GOOD to look your very best! Ive cut out coffee creamer and wine (both my vices) for the next few weeks until the wedding. No cheating, no splurges... I want to feel better than Ive ever felt! I want to look back at pictures and know that I worked hard for where I am, and I felt amazing. Set a goal, make a plan, then CRUSH it! (And besides, there are some Britts donuts waiting for me at the finish line. Those that have ever been to the Wilmington Beach area know EXACTLY what I am talking about!)
