I have a situation, regarding an abuse case here in Malaysia, Melaka. A 10 year old boy, CAGED in a 4 feet x 2 feet enclosure, with only biscuits and bottled water, for hours outside. He asked my mother for food, as he was hungry. Yesterday, he shouted out loud for water, while the scums in the house, just ignored him. Our neighbour ended up, giving him water. He is caged with 4 dogs, 2 puppies, which arent cared for, or fed properly. There is shit & piss everywhere. He also has marks on his hands, which looks like a cable, around his wrist. So I suspect, he is chained or locked when they are upset with him. We have pictures of him, and the dogs and the condition they are placed in. Any ideas, what should be done regarding, this entire situation?
