I have a tax client who doesnt wanna talk about her taxes over the phone, she wants everything in writing. So, I am going to write her formal letter for every question she have for me, mail every single letter as Certified Mail with Return Receipts, and charge the costs of postage, as well as my time (per hour) for preparing the letter and driving to the post office. Some people wants stuff complicated!
