I have a tiny bit of training in the art of lie detection. I DO - TopicsExpress

I have a tiny bit of training in the art of lie detection. I DO know that everybody has a tell which determines when theyre lying, but I also know something about universal tells; things almost all of us do when were lying. Theres a bunch of them all through this video. Theres a lot of Tom Brady talking about his integrity while subtly shaking his head no in this video. The key, however, comes at 7:15; a reporter asks Brady And have you ever knowingly played with an under-inflated ball? Brady responds with a simple no and then immediately nods his head yes. Watch it yourself, skip to the 7:15 mark if you dont want to watch the whole thing. Brady and Belichick were both well prepared for these interviews, Belichick did better than Brady. Both of them kept their hands at their sides for most of the interview. People in general, especially Americans dont really know what to do with their hands when they talk; so a lot of times the hands give away the secrets. Youll see someone who is lying need to scratch their eyebrow, or maybe their nose... youll see them crossing their arms in a defensive posture, subtle things that are always there. Keeping your hands at your sides is a key to being a good liar when youre in front of people. Another thing I noticed about Brady is he did a lot of licking and pursing his lips during the interview... I cant stand the guy personally so I havent watched any of his interviews to know if this is normal for him or not, but generally its a sign of nervousness, and in some people its a tell. My conclusion is Brady at least is lying, and I believe hes done it before. Someone should go and dig up the balls they used against the Ravens.
