I have a very simple rule of thumb. Anyone who says words like proper forum, day in court, unsubstantiated, hearsay, and legal basis has something to hide. Someone with nothing to hide will simply put all his/her PDAF disbursements, SALN, or whatever public document on the Web for everyone to see. Transparency is the only thing that will convince me that the people named (or still to be named) are innocent.
