I have about had it with Comcast XFINITY. We have internet, TV and phone service and for over 4 months now have NOT been able to get TV to work, out package includes 50 Mbps internet speeds that RARELY ever get over 10, average around 4 Mbps. I have contacted tech support over 10 times already, replaced my modem (twice), bought the best router possible, got a new router/modem from them and STILL NOTHING. Today, the technician was onsite, ran a new line, replaced ALL hardware, tested the line and said the signal in the line was near perfect, BUT HE STILL COULDNT GET MORE THAN 5 Mbps INTERNET AND ZERO TV CHANNELS. He called his supervisor, and they could not think of a single thing to cause this. Told me to call Comcast Xfinity AGAIN, so I did… On todays call, I had to start out at the VERY beginning AGAIN, reset this, reset that and NOTHING AT ALL. I told them I expected a pretty big credit to my bill for my inconvenience and wasted time. THEY OFFERED ME $20. $20? SERIOUSLY? DO….NOT….BUY….SERVICE…FROM …COMCAST Xfinity….EVER! You will be let down 100%. Go with AT&T U-verse, a product that ACTUALLY WORKS and a company who actually respects you as a customer.
