I have added a new, ACTUAL first meeting date poll below this; it gives 2 weeks (or a bit more) time for Mike and I to prepare brief material for stimulus for initial session(after that people can take it in turns to present stuff!). Its also no nearer easter than a week before!It would be really helpful, if you can make a few dates,that u indicate this and list them, as soon as u know, but by Thursday 27th at latest, so we have the widest choice, and more chance of getting a date that suits most people for this first meeting, then take it from there, for later meetings! I shall sort out a suitable, quiet venue!I shall then do an actual event based on which suits the most people, and will try and include as many people as logistically possible, including Mike and myself who are presenting the info. A balancing act so please be as fulsome in your date-giving as possible lol. And a definite indication of attending ,when it comes to doing the event tab, rather than a maybe, would be fab, as, unlike our other groups, we need near definite commitment for the first meeting(emerencies apart!)as the numbers may not be massive(but small is beautiful!).
