I have aged considerably this past month...Both physically and spiritually...It shows in my appearance (by the vast number of new grey hairs and burgeoning wrinkles) and my tolerance (or lack thereof) of bullshit... But the thing I have learned by the various trials and testing....is that pain makes you STRONG... The things that would devastate me in the past now slide over me without much impact...The disappointment is minimal now, and the hurt in my heart is still there...but so weathered and beaten that the tears never came and the ability to pass over it is much easier... Pain makes you strong ...Betrayal makes you wise....So every thing that comes your way; even tho painful at times...can actually be life lessons to you so that you do not make the same mistakes over and over...As the saying goes...Fool me once shame on you...Fool me twice...shame on ME...
