I have always been a cardio junkie. Cardio is my first love and if Im not careful all of my workouts will be running or another form of high impact cardio. Cardio is great but if you want to change your body you have to pick up some weights. I avoided lifting weights for a long time because... * I wasnt sure how. * I didnt know how much weight to lift. * I didnt know how often to lift. * I wasnt sure if it would bulk me up or make me lean. * I was scared of doing something new. * The thought of going to the gyms weight room freaked me out * I wanted to do it at home but didnt want to spend a fortune on equipment. * I needed guidance but didnt know there were options to help.
