I have always been the breadwinner in my family since my dad died..i told myself that I just wantd take over where my dad left, and mind u, i was doing standard 6, that is when i started providing for my family, skul and work on weekends...it wasnt easy, but i knew that if i did good my dad wil be pleased. I got so many critics, downfalls, abuse, but still i told myself that my family will never starve while i am still alive, little did i know that i was building myself to greater things. I have been independent for close to 15 yrs now, still going strong...but i didnt do this alone, i had Lord on my side..and this is one verse that really supported me all the time John 14:18 - I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. even to this day, whenever the devil tries to tell me that my family is not my responsibility, i utter those words...blessed is the hand that gives..so says the Lord!
