I have always been very fond of the Reception staff at the Perth Leisure Pool. Mainly because, Mum used the facility for years and she would always speak highly of them, ..... often helping her daily, as they knew she had limited English skills. In my humble opinion.... Theyre always friendly, warm and they always welcome you with a friendly smile...a credit to the Fair City. Take this morning for example. Cheech & Chong were geared up mentally and physically, for going to the Leisure Pool. Cheech was even pretending to go down the slide in the car journey there. Ecstatic they were! When we got to the Reception. The staff were turning away visitors, because the Pool needed a Proper Clean out. The smiling staff did, in my opinion... help break the news gently to the visitors and their children. They made it ..easier. My two children were devastated. They understood that the Pool was closed. But didnt understand why...and I wasnt about to explain. I do hope they catch the bastard that shat in the Pool!
