I have always loved drawing...and I am currently in bed with flu, when I should be out in my studio working for my solo show in 2015, and tomorrow I was due to go to The Tudor House Museum and draw with Red Hot Press something happens to me when I draw...my brain switches on a part of me that says you are onto something here....keep doing it, I never use a rubber, and I rework, I like seeing my creative paths....adapting, redefining....here are my favourite drawings from 2014...into 2015.....happy drawing to you all...this work is all from Glimpse capturing a childlike sense of wonder and I will show a new body of work, related images, text, workshop images, sound cabinet in May 2015 at Young Gallery Salisbury during the Salisbury International Arts Festival please link to my Facebook page and through Twitter if you would like to be kept informed....an integral part of my work is about how we collaborate and network as artists through social media...it has allowed me to open my brain to endless possibilities and partnerships....this is very exciting terrain for an artist to navigate.....and one that allows you to permit your development if you allow that door to be opened...we are all Alice linnocarroll
