I have an apology to make. Last night at my event I did something I have never done before and dont know what came over me, and will never do it again. I had a little rant during the end of my workshop. My intention was that I want to see my clients and people become the best speakers, presenters, and leaders that they can be. I am also passionate about health, both mental and physical so I want all people to be healthy first. I also want my clients to live fulfilled lives, so they can lead for longer. I want them to have sustainable abundant careers. I am the first to admit it is a lot easier to help others than helping ourselves, however I am committed to constant improvement and learning. My intent and meaning was misinterpreted and was upsetting to a member of the room. I have contacted that person this morning to apologise and committed my lesson as learnt. I stand by my guarantee to refund anyone who is not happy or feel they have not got value out of any of my programs and this will be completed today. I hope you all allow me to be human and misunderstood on occasion and give me the opportunity to rephrase my intention. I take the issue seriously as clear communication is my purpose, but even the best make an error now and again. I hope you can forgive me this error.
