I have an opportunity to look back on the past year and to be honest there were some really rough days. I lost a really good friend, a cousin, another friend lost two children, and some really good people got some really scary health info handed to them...oh and I was hospitalized twice. On the flip side I have a great family. I definitely out-kicked my coverage in the wife department, and my daughter is a kind as she is beautiful. I wasnt always the best person, and I know this....trust me, but for the past seven years I have made a genuine commitment to be a better person than I was yesterday. I had pizza everyday in the past week knowing that I will not have it again until I am 205. Yes Sy you read that right. A huge thanks to Adem and Haris for pushing me to be more than I was settling for. I cannot wait to get back on the mats tomorrow night....big week in the CORE curriculum. Thank you for the love, and I love you all. Joe
