I have another big thank you. There is an organization in Monticello that does amazing things for their community. That organization is the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Service Club. This group set aside $600 to assist LCARL with supplies. This is the second time they have done this for us. This is the supplies purchased with a portion of the money. Susan Harvey President of Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Service Club arrived today with her car loaded down with the supplies we were so desperate for. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Service Club has helped us in a big way. This is the time a year when donations slow down, we rely on all of you to help us care for all the homeless animals we take in. The funds Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Service Club set aside for LCARL are almost gone. We are so thankful for what they have done but we need more individuals, businesses, and organizations to step up and lend a hand. We are crying for help every time another animal comes to our doors. We can not do this alone. Homeless animals are a problem all over the community and we need the community to be a part of the solution. Support LCARL, Donate, Adopt, Spay, and Neuter!
