I have asked a judge if he was obeying his oath to the constitution and he explained that he would not answer the question. I told him that his court was a corrupt commercial court and he replied that it was criminal court. How can it be a criminal court if no crime was committed? A crime is when one violates the rights of another. Violations are not criminal so it was not a criminal court. I will never consent to their corruption but if I am forced against my will I can defend myself in front of any jury. No Bar association for me I know and understand the law. The Constitution really does not apply anymore but they will never admit that in a court of law. It is more important to stand up for what is right than it is to live in fear of losing material items. This country was not set up as a Democracy like your leaders keep repeating it was set up as a Constitutional Republic, where the Government cannot act outside of the limited powers given to them by the constitution. I had to break my own ignorance and imitation. My rights are unalienable not civil and they are bestowed upon me by my creator.
