I have attached the following records: 1. My record regarding upper level felonies over the last four years; 2. My record regarding upper level felonies during the time that I served as a Warrick County Deputy Prosecutor; and 3. Mr. Wilkinsons record during the two years he served as Spencer County Prosecutor. In my opinion, Mr. Wilkinsons writings, newspaper ads and fliers have drawn conclusions (minus the evidence) most favorable to his campaign, in hopes that you, the voter, will assume that the facts support his conclusion. He has attacked me both personally and professionally. I have already dealt with the personal attack in a previous response. I am now attaching these records so that you can see the FACTS and then DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS. I believe that you will see that I assess every case on its own merits (criminal history, age of the case, strength of the evidence, willingness of the witnesses/victims to participate, etc.). I also believe that you will see that Mr. Wilkinsons record demonstrates a CLEAR POLICY in the handling of nearly every case that comes into the office. Please Review and SHARE
