I have attended de Scotia Bank Caribbean Carinival King and Queen show lastnite and a few boat cruise parkin lot fetes in between lol. I limed outside de stadium wit meh cooler and sum friends, but I always thought, why should I shell out de money to sit in de stands and watch these costumes when I myself was a long time masquerader, I will have all the time in de world to look and see them on de road or tv. Truthfully, de only reason i was at de event last tonite, was because I decided to volunteer to help out behind de scenes fuh as many events as they needed help for (except de parade of course, which I goin to meh cottage to lime). But let me tell you, I doh care how many costumes you have seen on de road, or how close up you get at mas camps, until you see these costumes at night, under stadium lights, being danced by these KINGS AND QUEENS, you have not witnessed what these ARTISTS had in mind when they envisioned their creations. It is Breathtaking...... that is all I could say. Kings and Queens is made to be showcased under bright light on de stage like de royalty they are. I will not miss this show again, you havta be there to see it and experience this masterpiece event. Well I fetein tonite and goin cottage in de morning fuh a all day white people lime. Is red bull fuh breakfast yes...lol Hope you all enjoy and hava safe Caribbean Carnival Cheer!
