I have been a WWE fan since the early 90s. I was born in 1985. But I really became really overawed by wrestling in 1999...St. Valentines Day Massacre: Steel Cage Match - Vince McMahon vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin! The Rock vs. Mankind. Unforgiven 1999, Six-Pack Challenge for the WWF Chanpionship! Armageddon 1999 was ACE!!! The year 2000 was off the charts! 2001 peaked with WrestleMania X-Seven for me & then, from late 2002 onwards, the WWE has never quite been the same. Whether it was my youth i.e. the first years are always your fondest I suppose, but Ive never watched the WWE for a long period of time, since 2000/01, where it has been consistently brilliant! There have been many flashes of brilliance! & there have been loads. But I dont think theres been a full calendar year where Ive been truly fully satisfied. Still, massive fan & I can see it getting back to the glory days! Really can!
