I have been compiling information from the Books Greek Astronomy , and The Surya Siddanta (two advanced books on Star mysticism). The evidence is astronomical that the Tropical Zodiac was indeed created to create seasons and the Sidereal Zodiac was used for personality analysis and prediction. Both in ancient time were the job of an Astrologer (calculating seasons and stars). Starting the first Month on Spring Equinox represents the calendar that we should be using (that is why October means Month eight and so on). Both these books discuss the Tropical Zodiac and Sidereal and it becomes perfectly clear, the Tropical Zodiac was intended to measure the seasons (this is what is does anyway) and the Sidereal Zodiac (which follows the stars) was for the purpose Personality and Prediction. Sri Yukteswar (Yoganadas Guru) even wanted the government of India to embrace the Tropical Zodiac and use it for the Seasons and for Astrologers to use the Sidereal for Prediction and Personality.Tropical Astrologers mistakenly, are using the calendar maker as a Zodiac. Yep, the Kali Yuga, where ignorance is mainstream.
