I have been deeply inspired by this guy. I heard about him from a Boyinaband vlog, and had to hear what he did. I found that, I had heard him before and much in the way I disliked Nirvana because Smells Like Teen Spirit is a good song but pales in comp to the whole of what Nirvana accomplished, to be honest I really hated Nirvana when I first heard them but over time with a lot time spent delving into their music I fell in love with their work. I found that I was meh, about G-Dragon, at first crack, but spending more time on GDs work I found a really amazing artist. Who is one of the most popular in the K-Pop field, Pop music yes even pop music is art, its just art that is getting more exposure than that of the underground. It was finding this performance of Shes Gone, that in spite of the glitz he rolls in, in the face of that is a man that pours a lot into his work. I have read a lot of his lyrics in English translation, and he is very poetic. And when I heard the backing rock on this hip hop tune I sat back and thought, delved further and wow.
