I have been feeling HIGHLY, well more then highly, emotional today from the second I got out of bed. Ok Ok before I got out of bed I knew I was in a rough state!!! I managed to drag myself to a chair out on the back yard in the early morning (5.30am) sun to meditate for an hour and since then I have had waves of grief washing over me at different times of the day. I managed to make it though the Reiki II workshop as the healing energy was flowing and it helped keep me at ease. I just had to have a salt bath as it got to be waaaaay too much. Im not sure what this is yet but I am getting the certain feeling I need to lay low. It does feel bigger than me.............
