I have been fighting an infected tooth for a couple months now. Finally had to go to an oral surgeon and have it extracted. Turns out, I had to have a bone graft to prepare for an implant because my jawbone had started to deteriorate. Instead of cadaver bone, he harvested bone from the back of my jawbone. Needless to say, I have LOTS of raw gums and a mouth full of stitches!! And this morning I look like a squirrel storing nuts for the winter-- plus can hardly open my mouth wide enough to drink because they had it prized open so wide!!! I tell you folks, Im falling apart at the seams-- like an old house-- fix one thing and something else breaks down!! Oh, and did I mention, this hurts like hades!!! Oh Well, could be worse and I need to stop whining!
