I have been finding it difficult to articulate this. Have made a couple of attempts but really not sure I have it down yet. But something is horribly wrong. The world is a mess. Anything for a buck, upsell unneeded items, do whatever you can to take their money while offering the least value possible. Companies use increasingly inferior products so they can charge less, in the meantime they also pay their employees as little as they can get away with, to such a degree that said employees cannot even afford the inferior products that are designed specifically to break down and have to be replaced, many of them can barely afford food or rent (not both) and yet they are working themselves to death to bring money in to the company that will eagerly replace them as soon as it can find someone willing to work harder for less. Walmart, McDonalds, etc. .. Its like we are trapped in some kind of horrifying zombie apocalypse movie except the zombies are not preying on us. ... They are creating lack, and then forcing us to prey on each other. With rumors that there is a zombie free zone in Iceland. One of the beautiful souls I attempted to describe this situation to tried to offer a different viewpoint. Their are people who are working together, there are food co-ops, there is an abundance....but the point to me is that I work for the evil empire. It is not just that I feel trapped in an evil disgusting system...its that I feel like I am working for the evil empire. I am a stormtrooper. ... and I am late for work.
