I have been learning Welsh for a while here at home in Estonia, and I am going to Wales to attend the National Eisteddfod, the big annual Welsh-language festival in 1.-9. August. Somebody going to join me there? I found that during the festival there are even competitions for Welsh learners: eisteddfod.org.uk/cymraeg/2014/maes-d/ I think this can be a great way of encouraging people to study the local language.
