I have been (literally) overwhelmed with the FB messages/posts, texts, emails & phone calls since my accident on day 3 of my big charity walk on Tuesday afternoon. So much hard work (and a lot of training) and planning had gone into this by so many people that not only was I feeling b ill with the concussion but also lower than I think I have ever felt and the kind thoughts of so many of you have been a massive help and I cannot thank you all enough, far too many to thank individually. I am pleased to say that I am feeling steadily better every day and we hope that after the enforced head trauma 7 day rest we will be ok to start again next weekend or just after. Im going to do this! More determined than ever. I was massively proud of Nikki Denny who with Andrew Dawson were my back up team that day; they both dealt with the situation and ridiculous hospital delays and inefficiency, which in my dazed state kind of passed me by, calmly and without panic. Andrew is a credit to you Elizabeth Dawson Janey and I are both very fond of him. Thank you all.
