I have been living in Ludington Mi. for over 1 1/2 yrs. now. I have encountered more unprofessional, and gossipy people I have ever seen. They say one thing to your face and have a very different opinion. I am grateful I can read people easily and havent missed yet. It helps that I have worked with people for over 30 yrs. The doctors are uneducated, unable to take patients who have complex problems and refuse patients. Now they can refuse patients however tis unethical. I believe they have forgotten their oath or dont care. First part is Do no harm. The next issue I encountered was the businesses here. The way they hire people, lack of training, lack of job requirements, lack of knowledge by the employee from the company on specific rules or guidelines being explained to understanding. When I worked I never ran into any of these problems. Its sad to see that people have to go through Manpower to get jobs into factorys and these factorys are so unprofessionally run. It appears that no 2 people have the same understanding of one document. I guess a higher education does not always help. I hope my sons finish their higher education and use it professionally.
