I have been on target the last 4 weeks. First 2 weeks the scale was being nice and now to my own mistake of drinking a coke zero on Monday my body is retaining fluid really bad. According to the scale I am swollen 3 lbs from a week and half ago. I need to write down in my tracker do not drink them every again. So not worth feeling like this. I am doing great on program tracking everything and exercising but my body is once again playing tricks. Time to drink lots of water with lemon and watch my sodium intake. Plan for today 5 miles and Firm 30! I walked over 17000 steps yesterday with the help of my 5 Leslie miles. Goal for today 15000! :-) Happy Thursday!
