I have been on the phone for over two hours trying to find out what my monthly phone bill is. It seems every time I try to downsize to a basic, hot phone line my bill goes up. After listening to a foreign accent I could not understand, a billing system that told me my social security number was wrong and they could not find my account, and I angrily told them you sure as hell can find it to bill me. My phone company wants me to go on line and look it up. Why do I have a phone? I must have cabin fever as I am ready to throw everything out and get a magic jack . Thank you Centurylink.
